This e-mail is to compliment you on your excellent service. We had searched for months for a door to fit, without success. The big DIY stores only sell doors with a width of 30" and to get a non standard door is expensive. A web search turned up your name and I was amazed at the wide choice of sizes and the excellent prices. I ordered the door on Tuesday, received a call from you on Wednesday to say the door was in stock and would be delivered today. It has just arrived and we have checked it. I am pleased to say the quality is better than expected for the price paid. All round an excellent job and I will certainly recommend you.

These astbury doors were well worth waiting for.Excellent quality and finish in white or oak.Fitting was fairly straight forward apart from having to sink the bottom guide 5mm to get flush finish (recommended in instructions). My only criticism is on the 10' sets a third runner would be useful because of the weight of the doors.Overall a very impressive bit of kit.Thank you.

I discovered Savoy Timber about a month ago through your radio advertising, 97.4 FM I think, and your website, in my search to match up some 20-year old onyx kitchen worktops. Not only could I match them up, but cut to size and lots of accessories to meet my requirements. An absolute goldmine. Not only that, but at very good prices too. But to top that was the friendliness of the staff I met at your Wigan branch.

I thought I would contact you to thank you for the great service I have received. I placed an order online on Sunday and took delivery on Wednesday, the whole process was quick and easy and your staff were very polite and helpful despite me being hard to contact. I would also like to comment on the price, I did shop around quite a bit and your quote was by far the cheapest.
I have another order to place about twice the size of the last one, but due to a new addition to the family causing budget restrictions it will have to wait till next month but I will certainly be using you for all my DIY supplies from now on.

Dear sir or madam,
I visited your Blackpool store on Saturday 21st February 2009 and I am writing this e- mail to congratulate you on your staffs customer service.
The day before I visited one of your rivals timber stores and got fobbed off they did not want to know me.
The member of staff that helped me was fantastic he not only found me the timber I required but when i mentioned it was to thick he took it to the planer and cut it to the right thickness for me nothing was to much trouble.
I dont know his name but in this day and age where there are bad reveiws of staff I wanted to give you positive feedback on your staff.
I will in future now only use your store for my timber needs.
